Piercing by Kelly

Kelly began working in downtown Waukesha in the late 1990's and has been a state licensed Body Piercer since 2000. She has attended the Association of Professional Piercers educational conferences for numerous years and completed several piercing related courses, including human anatomy and certification on blood-borne pathogens.
